This doesn't fix how unpredictable the game actually is. The silent patch also has additional things like uncapping frame rates and stuff so that the game could be enjoyed more. in order for you to play the game without the consistent crashing and issues you will absolutely need the silent patch.
This is the windows 10 port and this port is awful. If you plan to get this game, I'm putting a massive buyers beware for this game
